For businesses that already work with cafés, restaurants, takeaways and pubs. Give them your code and they get their first paid month free on the monthly plan. You get paid for every site that signs up with it and stays.
Who it's for.
You're in and out of food businesses already, or their owners ask you for advice. That might be:
- Food hygiene trainers and consultants
- Accountants and bookkeepers
- Fridge and catering engineers
- Pest control
- Till installers
- Kitchen fitters
- Insurance brokers
- Wholesalers
Council food safety officers and the Food Standards Agency can't be partners.
What you get, and what they get.
You
£40 for each site that signs up with your code and pays for three full months.
Once you pass 10 paying sites in a year, it's £50 a site.
Your customers
Their first paid month free on the monthly plan, on top of the 14-day free trial, when they use your code. On the yearly plan, it takes £18.99 off the first year.
After that, managero is £18.99 excl VAT a month for the first site and £12 for each site after.

Get your own code
Once we've agreed it, you get a code that's yours alone, so every site that signs up with it is counted to you.

Pass it on however suits you. We can send you flyers to hand out, too.
The main terms, in plain English.
- Who counts
- New customers only, and they need to enter your code when they subscribe.
- When a fee is earned
- Once a site has paid for three full months. Fees are per site, so a business that signs up two sites with your code earns you two fees.
- Statements and payment
- Monthly. Each month you get a statement listing the sites that reached three full paid months, and we pay what's due.
- What isn't allowed
- No self-referrals, so you can't use your own code for your own business. No paid ads on the managero name, including bidding on it in search ads.
- How you describe managero
- Use the wording we give you. Don't tell anyone managero makes their business meet the law, and don't promise a hygiene rating or an inspection result.
- Ending it
- Either of us can end it with 30 days' notice. Fees you've already earned are still paid.
- Who can't be a partner
- Council food safety officers and the Food Standards Agency.
