A record of the steps you take, in one place.
From October 30th 2026, employers must take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of their staff. From the same day, you can be held liable when a customer harasses one of your team, sexually or in any other way, if you didn't take all reasonable steps to prevent it. managero HR & Safety gives your staff a way to speak up, without their name if they'd rather, and has training videos for everyone on the team, with a record of who has watched them. It keeps a record of what you did, in the same subscription as your food safety records.
Staff can speak up, without giving their name.
Switch on concern reporting and anyone on your team can raise a concern in managero, with their name or without it. They can leave out anyone they'd rather didn't see it, such as the person it's about.
Training videos for the whole team.
managero provides ready-made harassment training videos, so your team understands what they can do and their managers know what's expected of them.

A policy and a risk assessment that fit your business.
Answer a few questions about your business and managero drafts a harassment policy and a risk assessment for you, using templates based on EHRC and Acas guidance. The risk assessment covers harassment by customers, not just between colleagues. Change any wording you want, then sign to adopt them.
Already have a policy you're happy with? Use your own. You can also print a notice for customers and one that tells staff how to report.
Know who has read the policy.
Everyone at the sites the policy covers gets it to read and sign, new starters included. They sign to say they've read it and know how to report a concern.
You can see at a glance who has signed and who hasn't, and remind anyone who hasn't, so you can keep up with changing duties for owners.
