The HSE "Health and safety law" poster
Employers must either display the Health and Safety Executive's "Health and safety law" poster where every employee can easily see and read it, or give each employee the equivalent leaflet (Health and Safety Information for Employees Regulations 1989, regulation 4). On the poster, you write in the details of your enforcing authority, or say how staff can get them (regulation 5).
That poster is HSE's own publication, so it isn't one of ours. Get it from HSE:
Using these posters
Free to download, print and display in your own business. No sign-up and no email needed.
Each poster is A4, prints on an ordinary printer and has spaces to write in your own details, such as who to tell or where your assembly point is. They're written for cafés in England and Wales, and each one says where its facts come from.
The log sheets and signs you make with the free tools are yours to print and use as you like.
Keep the records that go with it.
managero keeps the records that sit behind these posters: fridge temperatures, daily checks, allergen information, staff forms and signatures, on a phone. £18.99 excl VAT a month for your first site, with managero HR & Safety included.
