managero is free for UK registered charities that prepare or serve food. Community kitchens, food banks with a kitchen, soup kitchens, community cafés, hospices and others like them.
Who qualifies.
- Your charity is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.
- You run a kitchen or a food service in England or Wales.
Not sure if you count? Apply anyway and tell us about your kitchen.
What you get.
The same managero as everyone else, for free.
- The day's checks and fridge and freezer temperatures, recorded on a phone.
- Everyone in your kitchen, staff and volunteers, at no extra cost. People without an email address can be added by name.
- A kitchen phone: one phone or tablet that stays in the kitchen. Each person taps their name and records under their own PIN.
- Forms you build or pick from the library, signed on the phone.
- A PDF and a CSV of your records for the dates you choose.
