Delete your account.
Ask us to delete your managero account, or the personal details we hold about you. We reply by email to confirm, and we complete the request within one month.
What happens.
You can use this form if you own a managero account, if your employer invited you to managero, or if managero contacted you.
If you own the account
We close the account and delete the personal details we don't need to keep. Food safety and compliance records your business must keep by law (temperatures, checks, deliveries, signed forms, training and the like) are kept, not deleted on request, and names stay on the records they made. Your name, email and billing details are kept as long as tax law needs. Download your records from the app before you ask, as you have to keep them.
If your employer invited you
Your employer controls your records, not us. We reply, tell you which business holds your information and pass your request to them. We can't change or delete an employer's records on your say-so alone.
If managero contacted you
We delete your details and keep only what we need to keep you on our "don't contact" list, so we don't contact you again.
